These dots represent nearly 7 million queries from more than 4,600 U.S. agencies that accessed Bridgewater’s Flock data between June 2024 and June 2025. The Houston Police Department alone queried the data more than 500,000 times. The Bridgewater data may have been included in broad searches that covered multiple agencies in the Flock network.
